Easter at WellSprings

Easter at WellSprings

We hope you’ll join us on Easter Sunday, as we come together to celebrate! Here’s what you need to know:

Sunday Service in Bell Hall

Our Easter service will be Sunday, April 9th at 10 am in Bell Hall at the Montgomery School (our usual meeting place). Our Ministerial Intern, Beth Monhollen, will be offering a message in our continuing “What Would [___] Do?” series, titled “What Would Mary Do?” Joining us for the first time? Let us know, with our “Plan Your Visit” card.

You can also join our Easter Sunday service from anywhere in the world! If you’re traveling, or hosting family, pull up a screen and join us online for Easter morning. You can find our livestream here, on our YouTube channel.

Our Minister Emeritus, Rev. Ken Beldon, will be stopping by our service in Bell Hall with our newest Easter bunnies (names: H. R. Flufnstuf and Simon). Our bunnies will be around for gentle pets, and photo opportunities, immediately following our service. Be sure to come out and say “Hello!”

for the Kids

Children will be dismissed at the usual time for some fun and fellowship in YouthSpirit. Miss Carol has a special activity planned outside. Last year friends found, along with some sweets, pre-built Lego bases & stems – and some random pieces – with which to build their own chalices. This year, along with goodies, they will find some… cash.

We’re going to ask the kids to share half their money – and decide together on a worthwhile organization to donate to.  Can’t wait to see what they decide!

Be sure to dress the kids for the weather that day!

Easter Contributions

If you’d like to make a special contribution to WellSprings for Easter, thank you! As a reminder, we have our pledge drive going on right now, and Easter Sunday would be a great time to make your pledge for 2023! You can do so online, or pick up a paper copy from the Welcome Table, and simply drop it in the hat as it passes.

Hope to see you on Easter Sunday!
