Here’s What’s Happening at Our Congregational Meeting This Year

Each year at WellSprings, the Board of Trustees hosts a Congregational Meeting where members are invited to hear important updates, vote on initiatives, and participate in a Q&A session.

This meeting will be taking place after Sunday service on June 4th. If you are joining us in Bell Hall, simply stay to participate. If you are joining us online, stay tuned to the service livestream.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During the meeting you will hear an update from the Board regarding our annual budget, the work done by our re-energized Stewardship Ministry. and our Congregational Goals for the coming year. Rev. Lee will offer her Minister’s Report during the meeting, at which time, the results of our Engagement Survey will be shared.

One of our Trustees, Julie Choi, is stepping down from Board service after two terms and we are grateful for her service. Sandy Tucker will be standing for election to the Board. In addition, Bill Cabin and Tonie Scullion are standing for re-election as Trustees. All WellSprings members are eligible to vote in the election. Voting will take place online. Members will receive an email with a voting link right after the meeting, and it will remain active for one week.

We will end the meeting with a Q&A where members are encouraged to ask questions of the Board of Trustees. If you are watching online, you are invited to type your questions into the chat.
