Greetings WellSprings!
The Stewardship Ministry is kicking off our annual pledge campaign for the fiscal year July 2026 through June 2027. We thank everyone for sustaining WellSprings with your pledge gifts during the current fiscal year (July 2025 to June 2026).
Our pledge campaign theme this year is: Generosity is Love in Action!
The pledge campaign begins now and concludes on April 26th. Our pledge goal for FY2027 is a modest increase of 1.8% over the current year: $220,000 in pledges to cover WellSprings’ expenses.
At WellSprings, pledges are a commitment to give throughout the coming year and help us plan the budget for next year. WellSprings’ budget is supported entirely through your annual giving, which means everything we are and do together – singing with the band, gathering online and in Bell Hall, sustaining our ministers, giving back in our communities, supporting social justice, nurturing our youth – happens thanks to your generosity.
Generosity is a spiritual practice at WellSprings, a practice that opens our hearts. When we are generous with our time, resources, and efforts, we are showing others that we love them. How we spend our time, money, and energy reveals what matters most to us. Please know that any pledge amount that is meaningful to you is appreciated. For those who can, increasing your pledged amount will help WellSprings meet its budget and reach our goals for fiscal sustainability.
We are asking every household to make a pledge to WellSprings for the upcoming fiscal year. Currently, 25 family households provide about 80% of our total income from giving. Your pledge is a personal decision. It is informed by your financial means, your connection to the mission and work of WellSprings, and the needs of the congregation.
As we continue into the next fiscal year, remember that it’s your generosity and love that allows us to keep showing up for each other and for our neighbors.
