Our next All-Ages Connection event is on April 30th, right after service, organized by YouthBridge and the IAC. Stick around for post-service poster making in support of DEI and the Interfaith Action Council’s upcoming (5/6) “United in Diversity” event. We’ll supply the markers, crayons and posters.  You bring your ideas to create signs that encourage us all to be welcoming and inclusive. Put your WS values into practice with messages of love and support for ALL communities.

Sunday April 23 – YouthSpirit all-ages event – geocaching walk with trash pickup in Exton Park.  We’ll have a picnic lunch before hand. 

This Spring, we’re thrilled to offer this relaxing and centering small group workshop. Whether you’re brand new to mindful meditation, or if you’ve been practicing for years, this group is for you. Through discussion and practice, participants will explore mindfulness of the breath, body, emotions and thoughts. We will also concentrate on heart practices and bringing your practice out into the world. This SpringBoard will take place Mondays at 7 pm via Zoom, March 6th through April 10th.

Family and Friends of late WellSprings member Ed Thornton, are invited to a celebration in honor of his life. Join us on Saturday, April 1st at 2 pm in the Montgomery school dining Hall. Please dress casually, but you are encouraged to wear Green in honor of Ed’s Irish Roots. Music, food, and drink will be available!

As we explore the “recipe” for Making a Life this winter, let’s share some of our favorite recipes with each other at a Pot Luck lunch, after service on Sunday, February 26th! You can pitch in with cooking, setting up, or cleaning up (and, of course, eating). We’ll gather in the Dining Hall, and our YouthBridge Ministry will have board games available as an opportunity for intergenerational connection. This is an all-ages, family-friendly event! Come lend your skills and talents – or just bring your appetite…

This is our signature small group (also known as Wellsprings 2.0) where participants explore big questions and timeless spiritual topics together: about Inspiration, God, Community, Suffering and Death, Spiritual Practice, Living our Gifts, and more.  It’s an ideal first Springboard if you’ve never tried one before, great for newer members, or anyone looking to deepen their spiritual lives. One of Wellspring’s core beliefs is in the Power of Community. We recognize that healthy human relationships offer a connection to the Sacred. This Springboard is designed to help you know and understand yourself better, understand others better, understand and manage relationship conflicts, and appreciate and leverage personality differences in relationships. Participants will take the Myers Briggs Type Indicator quiz. For anyone who could use some quiet time this summer, a chance to reconnect with yourself, or a low-key way to reconnect with others in our beloved community, Rev. Lee is offering a Summertime Meditation Drop-In every Thursday night at the Montgomery School, beginning this week. We’ll gather outside (weather permitting) from 6 to 7pm. The WellSprings Board is in the process of responding to one of the recommendations from the recent Stewardship for Us review – “Build stewardship culture and capacity, including more options for financial giving; expanding volunteer and staff orientation and engagement around stewardship; and launching an annual stewardship campaign.”The Board has engaged Mark Ewert, who did the initial review, to help with implementation of this recommendation.
