Meals for Saint Mary’s

St. Mary’s Franciscan Shelter, located in Phoenixville, provides temporary shelter for unhoused families. Their mission is to create a community environment which fosters the dignity of each person, and to perpetually seek innovative ways to help families move toward independence. For the seventh time, WellSprings Congregation will be providing a week of meals for the families living in this residence. Teen Spirit & Service

A monthly meeting held for WellSpringers, aged 13-17. This takes place during Sunday Service, and is held in the Gresh building, which is director across the lawn from Bell Hall (where we meet for service). WellCome Back Sunday

This year, we’ll be holding our first-ever “Blessing of the Backpacks” on WellCome Back Sunday, September 10th at 10am. All students (of any age!) are asked to bring their backpacks to Bell Hall to be blessed during our Sunday service – and to receive a special gift from our community that they can keep with them, throughout the year. Drop-In Meditation

Just as she did last summer, Rev. Lee will be offering a Summertime Meditation Drop-In, every Thursday night, throughout the summer. We’ll gather outside, at the Outdoor Classroom on the Montgomery School’s campus, from 6-7pm. The first half-hour will be set aside for simple, silent meditation practice, along with a brief introduction and check-in. Mark your calendars, and bring your teens 13-17, for the next Teen Spirit and Service gathering! Teens will meet during service in the Gresh Library, right across the lawn from Bell Hall. This month, our group will welcome a peer from the Downingtown STEM high school. This student created their own charitable organization, and our teen group will help with an upcoming project.

All-Ages Hike at St. Peter’s Village

WellSprings youth, friends and families of all-ages – YouthBridge Ministry invites you all to meet up at St. Peter’s Village in July!  (in Chester County near Hopewell Furnace and French Creek State Park).
