They are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Assess, strengthen, and build on WellSprings\u2019 partnerships in the community.<\/li><li>Test and develop new ways for WellSpringers to connect with our congregation both online and in-person.<\/li><li>Re-establish our identity as a UU Teaching Congregation, by adding a Ministerial Intern to our Staff Team.<\/li><li>Increase revenue by 15%, to meet our current expenses and provide cost-of living increases for all staff by FY23. Develop a multi-year strategy to bring all staff to fair compensation levels.<\/li><li>Increase opportunities for people of all ages to experience belonging at WellSprings.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We are incredibly grateful &#8211; especially after the events of the past year &#8211; for the service of departing Board member Sharon Bader. Two WellSprings members, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/files.ctctusercontent.com\/b07e65c4201\/7f90d57c-98a5-4c02-95e6-e1404955f87e.pdf?rdr=true\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/files.ctctusercontent.com\/b07e65c4201\/7f90d57c-98a5-4c02-95e6-e1404955f87e.pdf?rdr=true\" target=\"_blank\">Bill Cabin<\/a> &amp; <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/files.ctctusercontent.com\/b07e65c4201\/eb17b8f2-706a-4858-aead-6286a6769bed.pdf?rdr=true\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/files.ctctusercontent.com\/b07e65c4201\/eb17b8f2-706a-4858-aead-6286a6769bed.pdf?rdr=true\" target=\"_blank\">Tonie Scullion<\/a>, are running for an initial, 2-year term on the Board. Current Board member <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/files.ctctusercontent.com\/b07e65c4201\/cd92b9fc-1760-4be3-8415-a08865804f0e.pdf?rdr=true\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/files.ctctusercontent.com\/b07e65c4201\/cd92b9fc-1760-4be3-8415-a08865804f0e.pdf?rdr=true\" target=\"_blank\">Julie Choi<\/a> is running for re-election to a second, 2-year term. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope you&#8217;ll <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/wellspringscongregation.wufoo.com\/forms\/board-elections-ballot-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\">cast your vote<\/a> for our three Board candidates <strong>by June 16th.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our gratitude goes out to every member of our congregation who&#8217;s helped to hold this community together &#8211; in big ways and small, from near and from far &#8211; over this unexpected, twisting and turning year!
