Despite graduations postponed and senior years disrupted, our long time community partner, Chester County Futures (CCF)<\/a>, has continued to provide services to teens in our community. As part of this ongoing initiative, CCF planned to deliver a gift filled with goodies to each graduating senior, as they move on to their next endeavors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal was twofold:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong> Provide every CCF senior (that’s 47 young adults) with a $20 gift card.
2.<\/strong> Provide every CCF senior with a handmade graduation card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re so grateful to everyone, including the folks on the HeartWorks Team<\/a>, who contributed to this gift project! Thanks to you, a $20 gift card was provided to all 47 CCF seniors, along with 47+ lovingly handmade cards from WellSprings teams, individuals, and YouthSpirit friends. Thank you for your efforts to honor these hard-working graduates!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
