Every Wednesday at 7pm, join Rev. Ken for a mindfulness practice session, open to anyone feeling distracted or overwhelmed in these times. The practice of mindfulness can help us bring a quality of caring attention to our experience, and to stay grounded in the present moment. Each week, we’ll share a reading and a guided practice, then open space for inquiry into how mindfulness can help us inhabit our lives, as fully as we are able.
