An Update as PA Moves Forward

An Update as PA Moves Forward

This Friday, June 5th, Chester and surrounding area counties are all slated to move into the “Yellow” phase of Pennsylvania’s re-opening plan. This means that some WellSprings members may see retail shops re-opening in their area, may be re-adjusting to some form of in-person work, facing new decisions about child care and summer camps – or perhaps, just making some shifts to their own social behaviors – as the stay-at-home order is lifted.

At this time, WellSprings plans to continue our current suspension of all in-person gatherings. Our Board is beginning to review guidelines from the CDC and the UUA, as we assess our readiness to hold physical gatherings again in the future.

We know this is a difficult time, made even more difficult by our physical separation. We’d love to hear from you: how do you feel our community can stay connected, during these pandemic times? What are your spiritual needs right now, and what kind of programming or services would you like to see in the weeks and months ahead? What can WellSprings do these days, to be helpful and useful, to you and the ones you love? Your thoughts will be helpful to our Board and Staff, so please do share them with us via phone, e-mail, or online message.
