As you know, our services and other gatherings have all moved online in the wake of Covid-19. As we continue to social distance as a means of caring for one another, we want to make sure you’re able to fully connect with WellSprings in whatever ways you can.
Below are a few common technical issues you might be facing, and how to solve them.
- If you are having difficulty accessing Zoom, whether it’s for our coffee hour, for Lunch with Rev. Lee, or for one of our “Campfires,” make sure you’ve downloaded the Zoom app from this link. Click on the link for the Zoom event you want to access, then click “Launch Zoom” when prompted. Remember to enable your computer video and audio.
- If a WellSprings Zoom event requires a password, make sure you’re signed up for our Weekly Newsletter so you know exactly how to log in.
- If you’re unable to participate in the YouTube chat during the 10 AM service, make sure you’re logged into YouTube with your Google account.
